July 5, 2007 Viva MacGyver

Slept in a little again, then ate at a little cafe down from the hotel, and enjoyed the morning a bit. Then I checked out of my hotel and took a taxi to Termini and from there caught the Leonardo Express back to FCO, and waited for hours, but the airport was nice. I learned my way around the airport pretty well. After I finally got my boarding pass, I found an internet kiosk and... I heard from Red =) Then some more waiting for the flight at the gate. While waiting I saw a commercial for MacGyver, it shows daily on some channel. Finally got on my plane, it smelled a little, almost like smoke. It only took 2 hours to get to MAD, but had to wait an hour for luggage. Then caught a taxi to the hotel, it was about 22 euro, and I got to listen to " I want to hear you say, I'm lucky lucky" and "unwritten". It was about 11pm once I finally got to my room, I couldn't find the room light switch, but managed to turn on one of the lamps.
